He is also Executive Director of SEC/N, the global trade association of the semiconductor industry for secondary market equipment and related services.

Kevin Gray is a Senior Etch Line Maintenance Supervisor at Cypress Semiconductor. In 1991, he joined the US Navy, becoming a nuclear electrician aboard the Submarine USS Michigan. Kevin co-authored “Polymer control in a LAM TCP 9600 Aluminum Etch Chamber” at ISSM 2001. He became a Maintenance Supervisor in 2004 and has led the Fab Owners Association LAM 9600 team since March 2007.

Scott Kramer is the director of International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative (ISMI), a subsidiary of SEMATECH, overseeing the Equipment Productivity, Fab Productivity, 300mmPrime/450mm, Metrology, and Environment, Safety and Health programs. He joined SEMATECH in 1994 as Fab Manager of the Advanced Technology Development Facility (ATDF). Mr. Kramer holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
